Earlier this week Rolf was in conversation with Clare Page and Harry Richardson from the design studio Committee, opening the Ketel One Creative Talks at Sketch London. Billed as ‘a monthly series of informal discussions from celebrated minds in the creative industry’, Rolf discussed his own cultural influences and how they can be seen throughout his work before becoming the main theme of our recent show ‘typisch deutsch’. They also explored the use of nostalgic themes as a tool for commercial industry.
The casual, salon-style conversations give an insight to the minds of brilliant influencers in art and design. It looks to be an exciting program with Ron Arad, Max Lamb, Faye Toogood and Piergiorgio Robino taking part in further talks, there’s no better place to spend a relaxing Sunday evening. Thanks Clea!
